how is everyone doing?

My name is Eddie..

I came here looking for some help and was wondering if anyone here was able to assist me..

I used to have a iphone 3gs running jailbroken>it broke>got the iphone 4.0 learned it could be jailbroken and so here I am..

This time I want to learn about the real customization of the themes ect..

I am very excited and never give up on technology until I find my way!

I am real close if not already have opened my ssh to my iphone 4 but I am just not fully understanding how I can put themes on my iphone pictures ect or where to find them when I put them on..

Welcome to the forum, Go to Cydia and install Winterboard, then go to Cidya again and you'll find sections for themes you can install any theme you like, then go to Winterbord and select the theme you installed then click the home button the phone will respring and there you go.
