White is the best IMHO. It's just Apple. When The Beatles (they had the name first) had their first record out on the Apple Label it was the White Album. When The Beatles sued Apple for stealing the name they used white paper (I have no idea if that's true).

Go with white. Would you eat the an apple that was black inside?

Yes, 16 or 32gb, at the end of the day it all depends how much you plan to store. Me personally, I put a lot of stuff on my phone, my actual iPhone 4 is 32 gb, so I am going with the 32gb with the iPhone 5 and actually it will cost me only $2 more per month on the plan I intend to choose.
