I need help please !
I tried installing IOS 7 but was in DFU mode so I couldn't "update" and did "restore". Now, iTunes asks me for UDID.
What do I have to do, how can I use my iPhone ? Am I stuck and have to pay for a developer account ?

Only registered Apple developers are entitled to download beta versions of iOS. We do not support or help anybody who is not an Apple developer to download the beta versions of iOS. The answer to your question is yes, you do have to pay the $99.00 fee to become an iOS developer. With that, this thread is closed.
