Help with upgrade to new 4S

I just upgraded from an AT&T 3GS to a new 4S. I set it up as a "new phone" then restored from my 3GS iTunes account. In the process I lost FaceTime and whatever other new apps there are on the new phone. How can I get them back? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Egg on my face. I thought that there was a FaceTime icon like on my iPad. I found it under apps and it is working fine.
