Help with sending picture text

I have a iphone 3gs. Im using it with cellularone sim card. I can recieve a picture with a text but when I try and send one an exclamation point comes up any advice out there.

Maybe you are out of package data?

I don't know how to fix that.

Call your carrier and ask them to know how to check your data package information, also to provide you with the MMS settings information. If you still have data package availble and the MMS settings in the APN are corrects, then you should be able to send MMS.

Ive done all that and still doesnt work
