Wont send mms!!

My iPhone 4 isn't sending picture messages. I've tried severally times and after 10 min a little red exclamation mark shows up next to the picture. How can I fix this?

Go into settings > General >Network > Cellular Data Network then scroll down and you should see mms, now the settings should auto fill from your carrier but if they do not you need to get in touch with them and see what you need to put there for mms to work.

make sure cellular data is on and your have good reception, MMS wont work with WiFi
