How to text message pictures on jailbroken 3GS

I have jailbroken 3GS. Version 4.1, with ipad baseband 06.15.00.

I am unable to send or receive pictures with text messaging.

Is there a fix or an app that can do this?

IPad can MMS? what carrier is it? You will need to contact your carrier to get the data network setting information.
