help with jailbroken apps

I recently changed my phone and wanted to sync all my apps from my prevoius phone.

My last phone (3gs i phone 3 runing 4.0.1 unlocked and jailbroken) had a number of apps downloaded through Cydia.

My new phone is also a 3gs i phone 3, but runs 4.3.3 and is unlocked. However, when i sync the apps it shows an error for those previously downloaded through cydia.

Any advice on how i can sync those apps on to my new phone?

dd you use any app to backup your cydia ones? such as pkgbackup or aptbackup?

Thanks for the reply. I confess I have no knowledge of these backups. I still have the apps on my old phone so it is possible to do this. Could you advise what I need to do please?
