IOS is pretty easy to operate. You shouldn't have any problems adapting to it. There are no widgets and your app drawer is basically your home screens. You can move apps in folders and name them. I find it easier to arrange my folders and apps through Itunes than on the device but, you can do it either way. You will notice it will be very fluid when scrolling through home screens. Think about how smooth is flows when scrolling through your contacts on ICS, it's pretty much like that throughout the whole system in IOS with little to no lag.
