Hi!
Okay i would like to upgrade my jailbroken iphone's ios from 4.1 to 6.0, i have a lots of app's updates but most of them requires ios 4.3+ , the problem is i have no idea how to do that, I would really appreciate your help!! oh yeah i have a question what if the jailbreaking goes wrong?
and one more thing i own a jailbroken iphone 3gs

Just restore it using iTunes or RedSn0w. I would recommend putting it into DFU mode first before restoring, but that's a matter of opinion since I like to play it safe. Just follow the below inter-forum tut

If you plan to upgrade to 6.x.x and re-jailbreak be aware it's a TETHERED jailbreak... Good Luck

Just to clarify to anyone reading, the new bootrom will have a tethered jailbreak. The old bootrom is untethered.
