Help please. Verizon iphone 4 on 4.2.6

Hey all.

I have an iphone 4 Verizon 4.2.6, i would like to upgrade to ios 5 but do not know how to backup my cydia apps i have. I really want to upgrade to ios 5 but dont want to wait for the jailbreak. If it is coming soon i will but am having a hard time. Can someone tell me how to backup my cydia apps so i have it for later when the jailbreak comes out and i can get them all back?

I use PKGBackup is what I use and is the best to, you cam put the backup on dropbox.
