[Help] I have a problem with apps installing from iTunes on iPhone 4

Hi I have a problem with apps installing from iTunes on iPhone 4. When i try to Sync it show Determining Tracks to be applied :

Maybe because i connect my iPhone to another PC.
And i can install Music, Videos or Photos but i cant install Apps, I dont know what to do :S
Can you help me please ?

Turn off your antivirus. Then go to Start > Run > Cmd then type in 'netsh winsock reset' without the apostrophes

Try authorizing your iTunes account with this computer. Open up the Store tab on the top of iTunes then click on "Authorize This PC". Exit iTunes, end the process for it in Task Manager > Processes Tab. Re-run iTunes, re-attempt
