I am coming over from Android. I rooted my first D1 the day I bought it, then other ppls and then moved to the DX. I am a pretty adapt at getting around in the android world and just bought my first Iphone yesterday...came home and promptly rooted it. Looking forward to learning what I can. Thanks

I'm not exactly sure what rooting does but I believe the iPhone equivalent is called jailbreaking...

Rooting and jailbreaking are a bit different but seeing as you can't root an iPhone you jailbroke it. Regardless, welcome to the fam
