Guys i jailbroke my iphone on 4.2.10 and of course it was tethered but i turned it off and tried to use boot tethered on redsn0w but it never turns off so i end up restoring everytime someone please help

wish you wouldve came here before you jailbroke. as of now there is no jailbreak for 4.2.10

Ya there is u go to redsn0w then click browse then you click the one for 4.2.9 then u click next and it will guide you from there but it dosen't let me reboot even if i use boot tethered

You can get untether only for iOS 4.3.3 and lower.
