Boot Tethering everytime to get a carrier.

Hello!

I just upgraded an iPhone 3GS old br, ipad baseband 6.15 to iOS6. Jailbroke it and unlocked it with ultrasn0w.(only followed a guide on youtube and it worked)

My question is, do I have to plug it in to my computer and 'Boot Tether' it through redsn0w everytime I turn it off and/or it goes to 'No Service

Any help you could give me is much appreciated.

I'd normally recommend downgrading the baseband to 05.16 before unlocking since flashing to iPad baseband has a very high risk factor

You will have service but your safari, Cydia and other apps won't function.. They'll keep crashing..

And your GPS'll be broken. You can patch and make it work but it's not definite.
