Health Data location.

i see that Health Data is kept in iCloud. I. Use IDrive for my online backups. Is it possible to access the file to back it up?

It’s possible to export Health data on your iPhone.
Open the Health app, tap the icon that looks like a head at the top right. Select “Export Health Data”:

Then tap “Export”:

The iPhone will start preparing the data. When it’s finished, you’ll get this screen:

Select what to do with your data, or where to save them.
