Got a little water in my iPhone 4, now acting funny

Got a few drops of water in the dock area in my iPhone 4 a couple of days ago. I put it in rice just to make sure I got all the moisture out. The phones lock button does not work. And the camera flash is on, even after I deplete the battery life. I will also get a temperature warning every 5 minutes or so. Anyone have any ideas or point me in the right direction? Thanks

Put it in a bag of rice and leave it in there for a couple of days.
