Getting rid of excess files in iTunes Media folder

I have a folder \iTunes\iTunes Media\Mobile Applications

and \iTunes\Mobile Applications

Can one or both of these be deleted, they seem to contain almost the same crap?

What is that supposed to mean? One of them actually DOESN'T contain the same apps. Can anyone verify that they have both folders?

Dopbox??? That has nothing nothing to do with itunes software nor with itunes files. Those files in the dropbox are suppose to be your personal files. You can do whatever it please u to do with whatever you see in dropbox.
