Flash for version 4.3.3

Hi does anyone know if there is an upto date flash player version out yet for 4.3.3 I've tried the frash player from cydia an it doesn't work it just won't show any flash o just get the grey boxes once I click on them it just has an error code underneath .

Nope. No alternative to frash, and as you have found, that is too old to be usable now.
