I read the article and bought it on Cydia.

How do I get a refund for a program that does nothing?

I went to their site but it's in the German language and I don't understand any of it.

Ooops! Found out the problem. I watched a YouTube video about it and I hadn't turned it ON in Notification Center. I thought it would be on from its own setting setup.

It's working now.

For future reference, you can request for a reimbursement of your purchase within 168 hours/7 days of your purchase by contacting Saurik at [email protected] with verification of your purchase, or, you can ATT him on his IRC channel and you can proceed from there.
