Excessive Pixel Noise?

I just took this picture and i think that there is too much pixel noise on my iphone.......it looks like it's consistent throughout the entire picture so i dont think it's created by my scratches on my lens..........could shining a lazer poiner into the camera damaged it?

please help!!!

I might take a few more on something more uniform. There are alot of factors in an outdoor shot like that.
