Error updating new Iphone 4 (3194) NOT Jailbroken

Hi

I just bought a new iphone 4. It is not locked to any carrier, and is not jailbroken. When I try to update the iOS to the latest 4.3.3 I receive an 'unknown error' message 3194.

This is frustrating as my old 3G was jailbroken so I never used the Itunes update service. Now I have my Iphone 4 which is not jailbroken I was looking forward to the simplicity of updating my phone via itunes.

First of all make sure that your itunes is close:
1. Go to C drive and look for Windows folder, then System32 followed by drivers and then finally etc folder

C:\Windows\System32\drivers \etc

2. In the etc folder you can see hosts file.

3. Open the hosts file using notepad and remove the following lines that says Ags.apple.com

4. Restart your computer. Open itunes and then connect your phone to your computer.
