error in restoring iso 4.3.5 or upgrading to 5

I want to upgrade to ios 5 on iphon 4gsm but it fails with error 3194.
again I want to restore to 4.3.5 it shows the same error 3194.
my current ios is 4.3.5 tethered jailbreak . unlock factory.
moreover, my first ios was 4.3.3 and I didn't save its SHSH blobs.
now my questions are:
1- is there anyway I returned to 4.3.3 without SHSH ?
2- how can I upgrade to ios 5?

Sorry, but no, you cannot return to iOS 4.3.3, since you didn't save the blobs.

Along the same lines, you can't go to iOS 5.0 as Apple has also closed that signing window. The only iOS 5 option available to you today is iOS 5.0.1.
