Emptying the cloud on 4s

I have a 4s with Ios6 ... is there a way to delete items from the cloud? Did a search but nothing came up .. tnx ...

iCloud control panel on your computer, or on your phone go to Settings> iCloud>Storage & Backup> Manage Storage
