Updated itunes in prep for backup installed ok but cannot access my phone on itues cant find how to acess my phone

If you have iTunes 11.1 installed already, restart your computer and see if that fixes the issue. If it's still not being recognized, remove the USB drivers (after unplugging your phone) and restart your computer. Check for a hardware-connected system tone when plugging in your device
