Doodle Jump DC Super Heroes Bounces Onto iOS

Here’s a gaming mash-up that you might not have been expecting: Doodle The Doodler and Batman? Yes, you did read that correctly, and no, it’s not April Fool’s Day in November! Believe it or not, Doodle Jump DC Super Heroes is an actual real thing, and it’s in the App Store now, ready for you to download to your iOS device.

Lima Sky and Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment have teamed up to bring you this very unusual merger. The first episode is out now, and features the classic “jump ‘em up” gameplay of Doodle Jump, together with Batman and his Rogues’ Gallery.

Future updates are set to include other DC Comics Super Heroes, such as Superman, Wonder Woman, and their nemeses.

The first installment in the Doodle Jump DC Super Heroes series is set in crime-ridden Gotham City, with The Doodler wearing Batman’s cowl to chase down villains who have run off with energy crystals that threaten the lives of the innocent populace.

Jump and fight your way up through Gotham City’s iconic skyline and battle the likes of The Joker, Penguin, Mr. Freeze and many more. You’ll even get to fly the Bat-Copter and Bat-Jet to chase villains, or use the Bat-Grappling Gun to catch them.
