Why is my iPhone going to update The Blood Oxygen . When it’s for USA and I’m uk?

I am from Austria, and we‘ve also received the update, because Apple always publishes updates to everyone around the world. It looks like this one is just relevant for users from the USA, though. If your device hasn’t been updated in the meantime, don‘t update, and wait for the next one.
Otherwise just install it. It doesn‘t do any harm.
