Go to the main Cydia page. Scroll down until you see the line titled "More Package Sources." The BigBoss repo will show up in that tab and you can tap the line to add it.

Are ALL the sources listed there safe and trusted ? I assume that they are since they are on Cydia

Yes. The repos are all legitimate. They were the old must have packages. Nowadays, the main default repos receive faster updates and has more support
