Data sent every night from 11pm to 12pm

I was looking at my bill, AT&T, and noticed that every night between 11pm and 12midnight, my phone, and my wifes, sends of anywhere from 25 kb to 4,000kb of info.

Anyone have any idea what this is? And where it's going? And more importantly, depending on the answer, how to stop it?
