Cydia Zoom Problem

Now the problem you see is below...

I have a iPad 2 running on 6.1.2. I installed a widget called, "Stock NC Widgets" when I tryed placing the weather.app on my springboard, my iPad went into safe mode. Long story short, my iPad is out of safe mode but my Cydia, has the same resolution as an iPhone view. Also, Cydia does not function at all. Now I have looked into the Mobile Substrate, but I cant seem to find the location of the, "Stock NC Widgets" package. Also, I can't uninstall the package from Cydia, because Cydia is non responsive. Just need to find the file location of that package through ifile, any ideas?

Put the iPad back into safemode and uninstall the tweak which caused the problems

Try that, one problem, in safe mode there is no slider knob and i cannot unlock it.

just installed a new slider knob worked fine but cydia is still small and does not work
