check the changes section to see if you have anything that needs updating
^ yeah I checked the changes section and it looks like I have no updates?
Also is that changes section the same as when you have updates in your app store?

Which source is bad?
Manually tap through your sources and you will find out that one of them is empty without any package inside. Delete that source.
In this last picture, you can see that my modmy source is not empty, in case it was, cydia would display messages like the one you've posted above.

^ So I manually tapped through each of my sources in the list and it turns out everyone has packages inside :/ BUT this one only had 1 thing in it, could this be it? Should I delete this one?

After getting rid of one of the sources from my list, I'm not getting any error messages anymore.
