Cydia apps not installing help

So I jailbroke my 4s on Verizon(5.1.1) have my cydia everything fine except, I can't install none of my cydia apps. Says something about not the developer not found or it needs updates, I can't even get WINTERBOARD! Well theirs always gonna be problems so if someone can shed some light I appreciate it fellows thanks..

those two tweaks where it says Depends do you have them installed?

Yeah just as you said Unleashed, it was busy but it's working. I should know this by now, being my 3rd j/b but sometimes it's like did I do something wrong feel me bro. Anyway, thanks for the help

I'm having the same problem, with this being my first JB I have no idea what to do.

I can't tell if I have them installed or not, but assuming its prompting me to install it I would say no lol, so how do I go about doing this so I can start using some wintervoardy goodness?
