Notification Center gets pretty boring when there aren't any new notification around. Well you can spark up your boredom with a little bit of custom text with Custom NoNewsLabel. This tweak allows you to change the text at the bottom of your NC where it says "No New Notifications". You can change it to a short message, whatever you want, as well as change the color of the text. The tweak is simple, free and can be picked up under the Big Boss repo.
