Contacts saving without display

Hi everyone!

A couple days ago i have fallen my iPhone 3G down. I can turn it on and it wors perfectly except the display. I've got about 500 contacts on it (including irreparable numbers) and would be very important to save them on my pc. It has got 3.1.3 OS. Even the iTunes runs perfectly.

Are the Contacts on your SIM? If so, when you get a new phone they will there ready to be transfered.
