Contacts overwriting on multiple iPhones

Hello, I have an odd problem I am hoping someone has a solution for

I have 3 iPhones - 3Gs, 4S, 4S

All are running iOS 5.0

All are named something different: J's iPhone, T's iPhone, M's iPhone

All are synced to a Mac running the newest iTunes

All are synced to different email accounts containing different contacts: 1@yahoo.com, 2@yahoo.com, 1@gmail.com

Unfortunately, no matter which iPhone I sync first, by the third phone, they are all overwriting each other's info. So pictured disappear or are overwritten, "mom" may have 2 different address and birthdays and 3 phone numbers depending on how they were entered in each different email address.

Lastly, no matter which email address is originally selected per iPhone, at the end of the 3 syncs, they will all be syncing to only 1 email account.

Needless to say, I am frustrated beyond belief. If anyone has run into this or has a solution, please let me know.
