Contacts manipulator tweak??

I am looking for a tweak or application that will let me set how my contacts are displayed. I want to be able to sort my contacts alphabetically using first names as the sort field instead of the last names like the stock phone is set up with.

Any ideas?

Go to settings, open mail,contacts,calendars, scroll down to contacts. Then choose how you want your contacts listed. First, last or visa versa
