Charging Not supported 3GS

Hello I have a iphone 3GS running 5.1.1 that when I pug it in to the computer or the charger it tells me "charging not supported with this accessory" I have tried different chargers and cables and still no improvement I also replaced the dock connector in the phone and still problem persists? anybody have any suggestions or known fixes?

Are you using original Apple equipment to charge the iPhone...?

Yes I have tried apple connectors and others its not the cable the problem is in the iphone somewhere?
