Charging dock?

I bought an apple brand charging dock because the description online is I will be able to connect it to tv. When I got it only has direction fot the stereo. Can I connect this to my tv and watch video from my phone? If I can, what cable do I need and how? Thanks

You will need an a/v adapter to connect to your tv. The apple dock only allows for charging and audio out.

Danny far as i know you can plug a 3.5 . to VGA cable and that also work (i have use it with my iPhone 1 gen)
