Can't Launch Itunes 10.6 after update help!

I recently did the iOS 5.1 update for my Verizon Iphone 4 and downloaded itunes 10.6 for windows vista on my laptop. However, after restarting like I was asked once the itunes update was complete I can't get Itunes to launch. I have tried EVERYTHING from changing settings firewalls, etc to uninstalling everything and re installing and still get the same problem. I have been searching on forums for days! much appreciate the help!

Wish I could help you. I updated to 10.6 on my laptop as well with Vista and had no problems afterward at all.
