Lost ringtones after update

After updating to IOS 5 I seem to have lost access to some of my ringtones. They are still on Itunes, but I can't figure out how to get them back onto my phone. Any suggestions

Make sure you sync them back over by either dragging them to the phone or clicking the sync button on the summary page

Thanks! I finally got them back on the phone by deleting them from Itunes and then adding the files back. I sync'd and they were back. It seems like every time I post here I figure it out withing a a short time, even though I spent hours before posting. Thanks for the info!
