Cant get Eagle Eyes working

On the Iphone I could view h264 video from an AVtech 16 ch DVR on my new Iphon4 i get the following message

"the video format(h264)isnt supported!"

Though the demo site works well.

any thoughts.

welcome! i guess the file type isent supported, change it to something else like mp4
