I'm fairly iPhone retarded, so I apologize if this is a dumb question.
My wife has a 3GS (I know, I know) and has been neglecting the hell out of it. She recently attempted to update to iOS6 after putting it off forever, and her phone went into recovery mode.
She's worried that by attempting to restore the phone, she'll lose all of the media on her phone (photos, primarily). As she wasn't updating it regularly, she doesn't have anything backed up elsewhere.
Is there a way to do this without losing everything, or is it tough cookies? Any help you can provide would be appreciated, thanks -
