can i untether jb and unlock my iphone 4?

i was wondering if i can jailbreak and unlock my iphone 4 with out it being a tethered one my model number is MC608LL my modem firmware is 03.10.01 please give me answers

no you cant, atm there is no unlock for that baseband, but you can jailbreak using greenpois0n or pwnage tool. the only baseband that can be unlocked is 01.59 and there is no way to downgrade baseband
