calling voice not clear in Iphone5 (help plz)

hi guys


I have Iphone 5 on ios7 locked in sprint carrier


I used R-sim to unlock the phone and it work


every thing work , accept that when I'm calling the viece some times become not clear as is the signal is low ( but it is not )


so is there any fix for this problem
