Bluetooth iphone 4

Hi Had my iPhone 4 for months but only tried using bluetooth today and it won't pick up a nearby device ... Have tried turning iPhone on and off but no luck.. Does anyone have any tips ? Thanks

apple has disabled that part of the bluetooth it is why you dont find any other devices.. if you mean to send files? there is a jailbreak app to send files but i dunno if it works and its like 7 euros

Hi unleashed no I'm not trying to send files I'm trying to use a Bluetooth speakers device to play music from my phone

I'm not sure of the exact nature of your bluetooth problem, but I have had three bluetooth headsets connect to my 2 iPhones without any problems. (FYI, I don't have a clue what the Senior member, "Unleashed" is talking about, but bluetooth does work!!!) It's tricky, and sometimes the documentation isn't helpful, but the iPhone does work with devices I've tried.
