Black screen no response

Hello everyone am sunny new as a newbi can be. I was told this is the place to be for wisdom and knowledge for iPhone 4 , 4.1 upgrade.
Well I have been searching for the solution to my crippled ip4
Was fine even after it was jail broken using green poison I used it for a month now and I wanted to unlock it to any network but didn't work so the only software I download had being uninstalled but at first I noticed when I tap an app it returns to home screen then it start to run and get covered by the black screen with no reponse at all when the screen is tap. So if there's anyone out there who is going through the same or knows how to fix this please share thank you .

I found that you go to Settings and select reset all settings. this does not delete data. Then select a setting date prior to when the phone started to go black. I usulaly use Icloud but itunes is ok. What I found is that the problem is usually an app downloaded or using the phone on Facebook. I found it resets and the camera returns.
