Microsoft has an iOS app called Microsoft Office Mobile that lets you access, view, and edit Excel documents. The app itself is free for home use but it does require an Office 360 subscription to access all features of the app for business use.

I suggest you quickoffice app from Google. It is best to edit Excel sheets on iPhone.

I'm not sure about this, but I think there's a version of Microsoft Excel available for the iPhone and iPad. Try the iTunes App Store.

However, to do more than read documents, you need an Office 360 home subscription which costs $99.99/year.
