Battey % changing on reboots

Ok so I've done this a few times before I made this thread. So I've noticed that somedays my battery % drains fast, but when I reboot it it'll show higher. For instance if it's at 95-93% and I reboot it'll go to 97-100%. Any idea why? I do leave the phone on charge over night and with the phone on.

I added 3 gigs worth of music to my phone yesterday and the battery seems to be draining faster. Just powered off and on. No difference in remaining battery.

May have been wrong about the battery. The cord is really tight going in to the adapter, may not have been pushed in all the way.
