Battery Issues

I found it strange that every time I turn off airplane mode and then reboot my iPhone the battery percentage would go back up like two or three percent, is it normal or just a number Change ?

do a hard reset and let your battery drop a receive a full charge again, it's not normal that the battery should lose 2 or 3% in a period of 1 or 2mn while you are not doing anything on it except rebooting it.
