Banner Tweak

Been searching for awhile and can't seem to find anything, but I thought I remembered having a tweak for this on my 4s.

I'm looking for a tweak that I can speed up my banner animation, without speeding anything else up on my device so I don't lose battery life. I just hate how long the banner stays at the top of the screen, I'd much rather a quick flash and gone all in a second or 2.

Don't know how to speed up only certain animations, but FakeClockUp will speed up all animations.

Ya problem with that is it kills battery. (Plus I like the speed of the stock animations just not the banner speed lol) guess ill live with it haha

NCQuickDismiss puts an x on banners you can close them with.

In addition, the stock function of the banner is, if you swipe to the left on the banner, it will dismiss it straight away. I use this all the time if (when?) I get a notification when I'm reading. No jail break tweak needed for this...
